Revolt Now Fitness Week 3

revoltI can not believe that it is the end of Revolt Now Fitness Week 3 almost. I lost 4 ounces this week bringing me to 145.  You would think that I would be, but no I am not upset I was retaining water this week. Darn Eve and her curse. What amazes me is that I am capable of doing things that I normally would not do. You would never see me trying to do a plank push up or give up time from the lap top to workout. In my head I would be saying bye bye billable hours, and affiliate commissions. Although I could use a few affiliate commissions right now, so I can grab a set of 15 pound kettle bells.  Did I type that out loud?

I use to be the chick who just repinned the workout quotes and workouts to try but never did them, because I was not motivated enough to get off my but and do them. Now when I look at the pins I am not only inspired but now I find myself fueled to make sure it gets done.

This week was really trying and I could of easily been derailed. It looks like the old me is taking a vacation. I didn’t miss my workouts or my run/walk sessions. I stayed on track and normally I would not of. What I was not satisfied with is that I let my work suffer there are a few goals and deadlines I am working on with a partner that I feel I didn’t pay enough attention to. My workouts have nothing to do with this, it was all me.

There is so much more I want to tell you behind this last month  and week so you could see what I am up against, but I can’t at the moment I have to keep it to myself to protect my family.

I am glad the above mentioned is all coming to a end because I will need my focus to keep my workouts up in April. I will be attending Bloggy Bootcamp which is around the corner along with participating in the Ultimate Blog Challenge.

Once I find my measuring tape I will post my measurements no clue what I did with it.
